Sip’Stroke Lounge opened on 17 July 2026 at 5969 Dallas Parkway in West Plano. It describes itself as a modern American social kitchen: a full chef-driven menu and cocktail programme built around a private Full Swing simulator bay and an indoor putt-putt course that runs through the dining room. The bay seats six and is booked by the hour; larger groups spread into the room around it, so nobody sits out. The distinction from a golf-entertainment chain is the order things were built in — the kitchen came first and the simulator second, which is the opposite of how these venues usually go.
The menu, in short
Shareables from $11 and entrées $18–34. Signatures include Prime Ribeye Frites, Saffron Coast Salmon, Cabernet Braised Short Rib, Maple Leaf Duck Breast and the Sipstroke Burger.
