What your group gets

One room, two things to do

The reason a team evening here works is that nobody has to move. The eating, the drinking and the playing all happen in the same room, at the same time.

The bay, held for you

Our private Full Swing simulator, yours for the whole window. Sixty-five courses, clubs for men and women included, and nobody else booking over you.

Putt-putt through the dining room

Eighteen holes that run past the tables. It is the thing people do not expect, and it is what stops a work do feeling like a work do.

Someone running it

A member of our team works your event — rotating groups on and off the bay so the whole party keeps moving and nobody stands around holding a drink.

A real kitchen

Fourteen dishes, cooked to order, not a banquet tray. Shareables through to ribeye and salmon. Everything comes to your group where they are sitting.

The full bar

Cocktails made properly, beer, wine and zero-proof. Your guests order what they want off the menu rather than picking from a set list.

A screen when you need one

Presentations, a slideshow, a match on in the background. Tell us in advance and it is set up before your guests arrive.

How the pricing works

Two numbers, and one of them is a floor

You rent the golf, because your group is holding the only bay we have and nobody else can book it while you are here.

Then you commit to a minimum spend on food and drink — a figure per guest. Everything your party eats and drinks that night counts towards it, at normal menu prices.

That second number is the part worth understanding. It is a floor, not a bill. Spend more than it and you simply pay for what you had. Spend less and the difference is added at the end. Nothing is comped and nothing is padded — you are committing to a level of spend, not buying a package.

Golf rental

$75 an hour Monday to Thursday. $125 Friday to Sunday. Two hours minimum on a weekday, three at the weekend.

Minimum spend

$25 a head weekday daytime · $40 weekday evening · $35 weekend daytime · $60 weekend evening. Each session also has a floor — $800 on a weekday evening, for example — so a smaller group is welcome, it simply spends a little more each.

A 20% event service charge and sales tax are added to the final bill. A 25% deposit holds your date.

Work out your figure

What would yours cost?

Move the four settings. This is an estimate to help you plan, not a quote — we will confirm the real number when we have your date.

Golf rental 3 hours × $75$225
Minimum spend 30 guests × $40$1,200
Your commitment$1,425
Estimated with 20% service and 8.25% tax$1,916
Deposit to hold the date$356

An estimate, not a quote. Nearly all of it is the food and drink your guests actually receive.

Only a handful of you? A standard bay booking is better value — book it here in about a minute. Want the whole venue to yourself? Call us; a full buyout is priced on the date.

Tell us about it

Send us the date

Everything here reaches us straight away, and one of the owners comes back to you the same day with a real number.

No deposit is taken here. We confirm the date and the figure first, then send you a payment link.

The details

Before you ask

We are only fifteen. Can we still book privately?

Yes. There is no headcount you have to hit. Every session has a minimum spend — $800 on a weekday evening, $1,200 on a weekend evening, less at lunch — and it is the same figure whether there are fifteen of you or twenty-five. Fifteen people simply work out at a little more each. If your group is small enough that the minimum looks steep, a normal bay booking will serve you better and we will say so.

Is the whole venue ours?

Not by default. A standard event holds the simulator bay and the putt-putt course for your group, with a reserved area for your party, while the rest of the room trades normally. If you want the place entirely to yourselves, that is a full buyout and it is priced on the date — call us.

What if our numbers change?

Tell us up to 72 hours before and we will move the figure with you. Inside 72 hours the minimum is based on the count you confirmed, so if fewer people turn up the commitment stands.

What happens to the deposit?

Twenty-five percent holds your date and comes straight off the final bill. It is not refundable, but you can move your booking once, free, with fourteen days' notice, and the deposit travels with you.

Does happy hour apply?

No. Tee Time — $10 cocktails and $5 beers, 3 to 6 PM — is there to fill a quiet room, so it does not apply to booked events. Your guests order at menu prices, and all of it counts towards your minimum.

Can we bring a cake?

Yes, for a $25 handling charge. Other outside food and drink, no — we are a licensed kitchen and bar.

Is there parking?

Yes, free surface parking on site at 5969 Dallas Pkwy. We are on the west side of the Dallas North Tollway, a straight run up from Dallas.

How far ahead should we book?

Weekday evenings, a week or two is usually enough. Friday and Saturday evenings go first — for those, the earlier the better, and we will tell you honestly if a date is already busy.

Or just talk to a person

We would rather quote you properly than make you guess.

Call and ask for Kushal or Chris. If we are on the floor we will call you back the same day.
