Sip'Stroke Lounge ("Sip'Stroke," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit our website, make a reservation, attend our venue, or otherwise interact with us — and how we use and protect that information.

Section 01

Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly, information collected automatically, and information from third parties.

Information you provide

  • Name, email address, phone number, and party size when you book a Full Swing bay, putt-putt session, or table.
  • Billing information (processed by our payment providers — we do not store full card numbers on our servers).
  • Special requests, dietary preferences, or accessibility needs you share with us.
  • Messages, feedback, or photos you submit through forms or social channels we operate.

Information collected automatically

  • Device information: browser type, operating system, IP address, and approximate location.
  • Usage information: pages visited, referring URLs, time spent, and clicks.
  • Cookies and similar technologies (see Section 04).

Information from third parties

  • Reservation, payment, and analytics partners may share booking confirmations, transaction data, and aggregated usage data with us.
  • If you interact with our social media pages, those platforms may share information with us according to their policies.
Section 02

How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Confirm and manage your reservations, events, and orders.
  • Process payments and prevent fraud.
  • Communicate with you about bookings, changes, and customer service requests.
  • Send marketing emails or texts about promotions, leagues, tournaments, and events — only if you opt in. You can unsubscribe at any time.
  • Improve our website, menu, and guest experience through analytics.
  • Comply with legal obligations, including those related to alcohol service and age verification.
Section 03

How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as described below:

  • Service providers who help us operate the business — reservation platforms, payment processors, email/SMS providers, analytics providers, and IT vendors — under contracts that limit use of your data to providing services to us.
  • Full Swing and similar third-party experience providers, when you create or use a profile in their system through our bay.
  • Legal & safety: when required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of guests, staff, or the public.
  • Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.
Section 04

Cookies & Tracking

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to recognize your browser, remember preferences, measure traffic, and (where applicable) deliver relevant marketing.

  • Essential cookies — required for the site to function (e.g., booking flow).
  • Analytics cookies — help us understand how visitors use the site.
  • Marketing cookies — used by ad partners to show you relevant content on other sites.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers also honor "Do Not Track" or Global Privacy Control signals; we treat valid GPC signals as opt-out requests where required by law.

Section 05

Third-Party Services

Our site and venue may rely on third-party services such as reservation platforms, payment processors, Wi-Fi providers, Full Swing, and analytics tools (for example, Google Analytics or Meta Pixel). These providers handle your data under their own privacy policies. Links from our site to third-party websites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content or practices.

Section 06

Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, comply with our legal obligations (including tax and TABC recordkeeping), resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Reservation and transaction records are typically kept for the period required by Texas and federal law; marketing contacts are retained until you unsubscribe.

Section 07

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you have reason to believe your interaction with us is no longer secure, please contact us immediately.

Section 08

Your Rights & Choices

Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate information.
  • Request deletion of your personal information.
  • Opt out of marketing emails (use the unsubscribe link) or texts (reply STOP).
  • Opt out of certain targeted advertising or data sharing.

To exercise these rights, contact us using the details in Section 13. We will respond within the time required by applicable law. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling certain requests.

Section 09

Texas Residents

Under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (TDPSA), Texas residents have the right to confirm whether we process their personal data, access it, correct inaccuracies, request deletion, obtain a portable copy, and opt out of targeted advertising, the sale of personal data, and certain profiling. We do not sell personal data as that term is defined under the TDPSA. To submit a request, email sipstrokedallas@gmail.com. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our denial; if the appeal is denied, you may contact the Texas Attorney General.

Section 10

California Residents

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the CPRA) gives you the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to delete or correct it, the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell personal information for money. To exercise California rights, contact us at sipstrokedallas@gmail.com.

Section 11

Children's Privacy

Our website and services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

Section 12

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated through the website or, where appropriate, by email.
