These Terms of Service govern your use of Sip'Stroke Lounge — our website, our reservations, our venue, and any of our services. By making a reservation, visiting the venue, or using sipstroke.com, you agree to these terms.
Section 01
About these terms
"Sip'Stroke," "we," "us," and "our" mean Sip'Stroke Lounge, located at 5969 Dallas Parkway, Plano, TX 75093. "You" means anyone making a reservation, visiting the venue, or using sipstroke.com.
These terms apply alongside our Privacy Policy and House Rules. If anything in these terms conflicts with a specific written agreement (such as a signed event contract), the specific agreement controls.
Section 02
Reservations & bookings
Reservations are required for the simulator bay and recommended for tables on Friday and Saturday nights. Walk-ins are welcome subject to availability.
You must be 18 or older to make a reservation.
Reservations are confirmed only after payment of any required deposit.
The name on the reservation must match the lead guest checking in. Photo ID may be required.
Bay reservations include the simulator bay and seating for your group. Additional guests require a larger booking.
Late arrivals: tables are held 15 minutes past the reservation time. Bays are held 10 minutes; after that, the time is reduced or the booking cancelled at our discretion.
Section 03
Payment, deposits, refunds
Bay reservations require a deposit at booking equal to one hour of the booked rate. The deposit is applied to your final bill at the end of the session.
Big-game packages (Super Bowl, Masters Sunday, World Series, etc.) require a 50% deposit.
We accept all major credit cards. Cash is accepted at the venue.
Gratuity of 20% may be added automatically to parties of six or more.
Disputed charges should be raised with us first before initiating a chargeback. We're easy to reach.
Section 04
Cancellations & no-shows
Bay reservations
24+ hours before: full refund of deposit.
Inside 24 hours: deposit non-refundable, but transferable to a future booking within 60 days.
No-show: deposit forfeited.
Tables
Cancel up to 4 hours before with no charge.
No-shows for tables of six or more may be charged a per-seat fee, disclosed at booking.
Private events
Per signed event contract, generally: 50% refund if cancelled 14+ days out, no refund inside 14 days.
Big-game packages: full refund up to 72 hours before; 50% refund inside 72 hours; no refund inside 24 hours.
Force majeure
If we cannot honor a reservation due to events beyond our control (severe weather, power outage, mandated closure, etc.), we'll refund deposits in full or rebook at no charge.
Section 05
Bay use & equipment
The simulator bay contains professional-grade equipment including the Full Swing launch monitor, projection screen, and impact net. Use of the bay is subject to:
You must use only golf balls and clubs we provide or approve. Practice balls only — no real golf balls (they will damage the screen).
Soft-spike or no-spike footwear only. Metal spikes are not permitted.
Only one person at a time may swing inside the hitting area.
Do not touch the projector, the screen, or any sensors. If something seems off, alert staff — don't troubleshoot it yourself.
Damage caused by misuse, intoxication, horseplay, or violation of these rules may be charged to the lead guest's payment method.
Children under 12 must be accompanied by a paying adult at all times in the bay.
Section 06
Alcohol service
Sip'Stroke holds a TABC (Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission) Mixed Beverage Permit. Alcohol service is subject to:
You must be 21 or older to consume alcohol. Valid government-issued photo ID is required regardless of apparent age.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who appears intoxicated, is acting unsafely, or is unable to provide valid ID.
Alcoholic beverages may not be removed from the premises.
Last call is 11:45 PM. The bar closes at midnight.
If you've been drinking, please use a rideshare or designated driver. We're happy to call one.
We comply with all applicable Texas dram-shop and TABC requirements.
Section 07
Guest conduct
Sip'Stroke is a place for everyone. To keep it that way:
Treat staff and other guests with respect. Harassment, slurs, threats, or violence will result in immediate removal and a permanent ban.
Disruptive, dangerous, or excessively intoxicated behavior may result in removal without refund.
Property damage caused by you or your party is your financial responsibility.
Smoking and vaping are not permitted indoors.
Outside food and drink are not permitted, except for celebration cakes (slicing fee applies).
Photography is welcome — but do not photograph other guests without their consent. We reserve the right to take photos of the venue (including general crowd shots) for marketing.

Section 08
Liability & assumption of risk
Golf simulators involve swinging clubs and hitting balls into a projection screen. While our setup is professionally designed for safety, certain inherent risks exist. By using the bay, you acknowledge:
Golf is a sport with risk of injury. You assume normal risks associated with golf, including but not limited to muscle strain, blisters, contact with clubs or balls.
You will not swing at, near, or in the direction of any other person.
You are responsible for ensuring your group, especially children, follows safe-swing protocols.
To the maximum extent permitted by Texas law, Sip'Stroke is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your visit, except in cases of our gross negligence or willful misconduct. Our maximum liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid for the reservation in question.
This section does not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer-protection laws.
Section 09
Gift cards
Gift cards do not expire. They are redeemable for any product or service we sell, except gratuity.
Gift cards are non-refundable but transferable.
Lost or stolen gift cards may be replaced if the original purchaser provides proof of purchase. Otherwise, treat them like cash.
Gift cards have no cash redemption value (except where required by law) and are not redeemable for cash.

Website use
You may use sipstroke.com to learn about Sip'Stroke and make reservations. You may not:
Use the site for any unlawful purpose.
Scrape, mass-download, or use bots to access the site without our prior written consent.
Reverse engineer, modify, or attempt to extract source code or proprietary information.
Use our trademarks, logos, or photography without prior written permission.
The site is provided "as is" without warranty. We make no guarantee of uninterrupted availability.
Section 12
Disputes & governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Collin County, Texas.
Before initiating formal proceedings, please contact us first at sipstrokedallas@gmail.com — most issues can be resolved quickly and directly.
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.

Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated through the website or, where appropriate, by email to recent guests. Continued use of our services after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
