We hire for care.

Skill we can train. Care we can't. The bartender who remembers a regular's order, the server who reads a table without being asked, the cook who treats the last plate of the night the same as the first — those are the people who make Sip'Stroke what we want it to be.

Experience helps. It isn't required for every position. What is required: showing up on time, owning your section, and being someone the rest of the team is glad to work a Saturday with.
