Good questions.
Can members take a time someone else already booked?
No. Members and guests book the same calendar, first come, first served. A taken slot is never offered to anyone else — so book early for the best times.
Why is there a weekend limit on Full?
We have one bay. To keep weekends open for everyone, Full Members can use up to 2 of their monthly hours on Saturdays, Sundays and Friday evenings, and member time on any one of those days is limited.
What if I can't make it?
Cancel 24 hours or more ahead from the link in your confirmation email and your hours come straight back. Inside 24 hours, or a no-show, the time counts. Two no-shows in a month pauses member booking for a week.
Do unused hours roll over?
No — Full Member hours reset on the 1st of each month.
Can I share my membership?
It's for you — the card has your photo on it. Bring your guests (1 for Daytime, up to 3 for Full); you need to be there.
Bigger group, or more time?
Book without your member code at the normal rate, any time. Your food and drink discount still applies.
How do I cancel?
Any time after your first three months, from your membership page (link in your welcome email) or by calling (214) 440-2422. It ends at the end of the period you've paid for.
