Does it cost anything to open an account?
No. There is no fee, no minimum spend and no contract. It simply lets your team order on invoice instead of a card.
Can we still pay by card?
Yes — at checkout you can always choose to pay by card instead.
What if we need to change or cancel an order?
The same rules as every catering order: change names and notes up to 24 hours before; move or cancel up to 48 hours before. If you cancel an invoiced order in time, the invoice is simply voided.
Do you deliver to our office?
Within 10 miles of the lounge at 5969 Dallas Pkwy, Plano — most of Plano, Frisco, Addison and North Dallas. Delivery is free on orders over $500.
Can we use the account for events and gift cards too?
For team events we send one combined invoice — tell us your account when you request a quote. For 10 or more gift cards, email contact@sipstroke.com and we will invoice them together.
